Terms of Service
These terms describe your rights and responsibilities when using Glova services. Please review them carefully before creating an account or continuing to use the platform.
Effective date: March 20, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Glova website, applications, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Notice.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the services immediately.
You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement.
2. Services and Eligibility
Glova provides a technology platform that supports access to health and wellness services through licensed providers and third-party partners.
Services may vary by location, clinical eligibility, and provider availability and may change without notice.
You must be at least 18 years old and reside in a supported jurisdiction to use patient-facing services.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Content made available through the platform is for informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency care.
Always seek prompt guidance from a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical concerns.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or local emergency services immediately.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, misuse, or a security incident related to your account.
We may suspend or restrict access if we detect activity that risks safety, security, or compliance.
5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
Certain services require fees, recurring subscriptions, or pharmacy charges that will be disclosed before purchase.
You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the selected payment method for applicable amounts, taxes, and related charges.
Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service and applicable law; fulfilled clinical services and dispensed medications are generally non-refundable unless required otherwise.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
You must not attempt to interfere with platform security, reverse engineer protected systems, or access non-public data without authorization.
Impersonation, submission of false medical information, and misuse of prescriptions are strictly prohibited.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, trademarks, branding, software, and related materials are owned by Glova or its licensors and protected by law.
Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the services for personal, lawful purposes.
No rights are granted to copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works unless expressly permitted in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glova and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.
Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
9. Termination
You may stop using the services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion for violations of these terms, legal requirements, or safety concerns.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including payment, liability, and dispute terms.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
You agree to bring claims in your individual capacity and not as part of a class or representative action, where permitted by law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory updates.
Material changes will be posted with a new effective date, and continued use of the services after updates constitutes acceptance.
